This workshop is suitable for Year 5 to Year 9 students.
According to Beyond Blue: “Resilient young people are better able to make sense of the world around them, build strong relationships, and seek out support when they experience difficulties.”1
In this workshop, we will provide young people with some strategies to improve their resilience in their everyday lives. A lively and interactive seminar will will be followed by a film: Paddington (2014). (an excellent example of a Resilient Bear!).
A gift to every student will include a Sterling Silver Dinarius of Marcus Aurealius who was Emperor of Rome 161-180 AD cast exclusively for Debating SA by The Adelaide Mint, as well as a journal.
Lunch will be provided for all participants.
